I some time use an expression as "Be attentive to the duties" as same meaning as concentration. You may have an experience that someone says "You do not have your spirits in the work" or "You should have with more accord". Regarding to concentration, it influences as same sense to sport. Spirit is also very importance for making cocktails. Much concentration by myself would keep the mind how make more delicious cocktails, and finished taste would become large difference how much increasing in concentration. Someone has without the minds that can not create the greatest cocktail even if the style keep up.

What is to be concretely an expression as "Be attentive to the duties". I think that each people have a different meaning, however, simply explain that it will be familiarized with making cocktail with all one's heart for favorite customer (e.g. boyfriend/girlfriend, who given a lot of tips, who is felt to throbbed heart, etc.). In these cases, it may probably that become really wonderful cocktail, and the creator would have getting a special feeling. Unconsciously, it maybe some time to be attentive to your work. Work as "Be attentive to the duties" will be risen the level when you could take in the feeling as trembling with a great impression by yourself, make a reproduction and repeat same thing.

I certify whose customer will be ordering it when I make cocktail in bar counter. If I do not know who drink the cocktail, it is not in my mind to make cocktail. It becomes to be attentive work if I muse on making cocktail for my customer. If someone makes 50 glasses of cocktail by one day, it would be first step to do one's best to making one or two glasses of them as like the mind.
